Spongebob Themed Party

Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?! We threw this party for a boy's 10th birthday. Keeping it simple and delicious, he had a blast. Everything, from the background to the confetti, made the kids feel as if they were at Bikini Bottom (Spongebob's home)!
We made this ribbon background using the colors blue and yellow to fit the theme perfectly. It really made everything around it stand out!
The dessert table covered with an ocean blue table cloth, that consisted of kid friendly and delicious snacks.
The banner just completed the party. We customized it to look just like Spongebob's home, Pineapples!
This spongebob cake was so much fun to look at and even more fun to eat. Thanks Sukkar Cakes, it was perfect!
We made confetti that looked like Patrick.
Isn't this just the coolest centerpiece? We included most of the Spongebob characters and the digits '10' for the birthday boy. Seems like Mr. Krabs accidentally left him a present too, a bucket filled with chocolate coins!
We also made him this personalized birthday card, and had all of his family and friends write in it. They were so excited to use that large Spongebob pen!
"Jellyfish"
"Mini Krabby Patties"
The krusty Krab Pizza, is the pizza, for you and meee. - Spongebob Squarepants. :)
These are the Krabby Patties (hamburgers) we made! The kids loved it, since it was made up of homemade peanut butter cookies and chocolate cookies. Delicious!

Pink Gift Basket

This pink gift basket contains everything a girl wants. Well, I should take that thought back. If that were true this post would never end. We sent this gift basket to a very special person on her birthday who loves everything pink. So we got her pink lotions, a pink gift card, pink birthday card, pink chocolate lollipops, and a brown candle (needed something to match the basket)!
These homemade cute-pink-chocolate-smiley-face-lollipops sure did put a smile on her face!
Can't have a basket without a customized birthday card!
Isn't this just too cute? We also added a manicure and pedicure gift card since she loves these type of things.
We are so proud of ourselves for actually resisting these chocolate lollipops and keeping them in the gift basket!

Personalized Anniversary Book

Books are addicting, and imagine the feeling of receiving a personalized book from someone you love. This is the perfect anniversary gift for a husband. We had to make sure it was creative and "filled" with surprises. It was a big hit! Tip: Wear your 3D glasses to see the pictures (just kidding!).
The first section contained pages about their memories they had together throughout the years.
Each page was about a specific time, and we added some space for them to write down their memories together.
After the "memories" section, we added a "10 reasons why I love you" section. His wife came up with 10 reasons, and each one was on a page with a picture related to it.
Reason number 3 was one of my favorites, and the picture was just perfect.
I lied, reason number 1 was my favorite, it was "I love you because" and a picture of him holding his phone. Then...
Surprise! An iPhone 4! Now that is what I call a book "filled" with surprises! For those who are wondering if we made this iPhone. Yes... we did not. He was so surprised to find this hidden in the back of the book. We made sure we had it stuck in there just in case it flew out when he opened the gift. We warn you, if you add an iPhone to any gift, that will be the beginning to a new addiction. We wish you luck!
His wife wanted to add their wedding card logo somehow, so we remade it and added it on the back cover.
This was the gift wrap, and on the top we added his new wedding ring.

Personalized Book For Friends

This is another great way to create a personalized book. This girl's friend is leaving this summer, and she wanted something to let all of her friend's write in. We customized a book that had all of their memories on the front cover, and left the inside pages empty for her friends to write in. She was so excited to give it, and her friend was so excited to receive it!
That's what the pages looked like from the side view.
We customized it using the girl's favorite colors (pink and purple), and favorite print (zebra)!

Sunflower Theme Party

Aren't these colors beautiful together? We just love the colors yellow and brown together, and what's better than adding sunflowers to the theme! Everything added had to be the from the same colors, or flower shaped. We made the cupcake toppers, happy birthday banner, and pom-poms all yellow to match the table.
The dessert table.
We customized a "Happy Birthday" banner, and made yellow pom-poms.
 Dark Chocolate Flowers
White Chocolate Flowers
Homemade red velvet cupcakes, (we just left out the red color so it can match more).
Ladybugs were also invited!
Flower shaped sugar cookies.

Go Barcelona!

The theme is obvious, no description needed! Barcelona! This family wanted to celebrate their dad's birthday with something he loves, soccer. So we decided to go with the one and only Barcelona team and have his nine year old daughter help us out with her special touch. He loved it! It was definitely a hit.
We customized the banner using the Barcelona team colors and had each letter printed out on a t-shirt cut-out.
What's better than a snack of popcorn while watching a game!
We found a perfect soccer frame, that made a special gift and looked just perfect with the customized subway art.
We had a local bakery bake this delicious soccer cake that perfectly fit the theme. We also made fun and decorative little soccer balls to throw around the table.
This picture is making me hungry! Marinated shrimp with our special sauce. Aren't these toppers just too cute?
His nine year old daughter wanted to give her dad a special gift, so what's better than telling him that he's the number 1 dad!
We had his daughter and wife write special notes for him on customized cards and clipped them on to a soccer net; that made a perfect background.

Bridal Shower Invitations

I recently was asked to create a bridal shower invitation, and I couldn't have been more excited. Making the wedding dress, hair,  and bride from scratch might have been time consuming, but it was so much fun creating.  The shower colors are red and white, so I had to stick to that theme. I love making invitations that are unique and modern, and I cant wait to create more!
